Mission:

ARD “HABITAT” CONTRIBUTES TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMUNITIES BY STRENGTHENING PARTICIPATORY DEMOCRACY, TOURISM DEVELOPMENT, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING.

General objectives:

1. To contribute to the consolidation of the participative democracy in localities from the region.
2. To contribute to the development of the rural tourism, agro tourism and eco tourism in the localities from rural space.
3. To contribute to the development of the human resources skills trough continuous professional training.
4. To contribute to SME initiation and development of sustainable agriculture, especially of ecological agriculture.
5. To contribute to the development of knowledge level regarding Information Technology and a high level of PC skills in communities from the region.
6. To contribute to the forming and consolidation of the Community of Information, Knowledge and Conscience.
7. To contribute to e-marketing development for enterprisers from rural space trough on-line stock-exchange.
8. To organize advocacy campaigns and lobby activities in order to solve social, economic and environment protection problems.
9. To promote integrated and sustainable development of rural space.
10. To contribute to promotion of European standards and EU integration idea.
11. To contribute to local, national, international partnerships and cooperation.
